Just completed the Knowmia Teach tutorial. Up until now I have preferred to use Explain Everything. However the ability to record the teacher's face is the one thing I need that Explain Everything does not have. Studies show that students prefer seeing a face over a disembodied voice.
On a desktop this can be done on Screencastomatic in 15 minute increments. Screencastomatic also allows me to download the screencast as a video file or export to YouTube.
Knowmia Teach, on the other hand, can only be hosted on Knowmia's servers or downloaded as a weird ".ktl" file, unreadable by any program but Knowmia. However, there are ways to make it a video....
